Indications for Tracleer®
Treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) in order to improve exercise tolerance and clinical symptoms in patients II-IV functional class (FC) according to the WHO classification, adults and children over 3 years of age, including:
primary (idiopathic and hereditary) pulmonary arterial hypertension;
secondary PAH against the background of scleroderma in the absence of significant interstitial lung damage;
PAH associated with congenital heart defects and, in particular, with hemodynamic disturbances such as Eisenmenger syndrome.
