Indications of the active substance ABEMACICLIB
Treatment of hormone receptor-positive (HR+) and human epidermal growth factor receptor type 2 receptor-negative (HER2-) advanced or metastatic breast cancer: in combination with first-line endocrine therapy with an aromatase inhibitor; in combination with fulvestrant, prescribed as first or second line endocrine therapy; as monotherapy in patients with disease progression after endocrine therapy and one or two lines of previous chemotherapy for the metastatic stage of the disease.
