Indications
Venclyxto in combination with obinutuzumab is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with previously untreated chronic lymphocytic (lymphoid) leukemia (CLL).
Venclyxto in combination with rituximab is indicated for treatment of adult patients with CLL who have previously received at least one line of therapy.
Venclyxto® is indicated as monotherapy for CLL:
- in patients with a deletion of chromosome 17p or a mutation of the TP53 gene who are not suitable for treatment with a B-cell receptor inhibitor or for whom such treatment has failed;
- in patients in the absence of 17p deletion or TP53 gene mutation, if chemotherapy and treatment with a B-cell receptor inhibitor were ineffective.
Venclyxto in combination with a hypomethylating agent is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with newly diagnosed acute myeloid leukemia (AML) who are not candidates for intensive chemotherapy.
