Indications
Vectibix is prescribed for the treatment of adults with metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) with a non-mutant (wild) typeRAS:
- primarily in combination therapy according to the FOLFOX/ or FOLFIRI/ scheme;
- secondarily in combined therapy according to the FOLFIRI scheme for patients who received primarily fluoropyrimidine-based chemotherapy (with the exception of irinotecan);
- as monotherapy in case of lack of effect after treatment with chemotherapy regimens based on fluoropyrimidine, oxaliplatin, and irinotecan.
