The recommended dose of the drug for the treatment of schizophrenia in adults is 6 mg once a day, in the morning. Dose titration at the beginning of therapy is not necessary. In some patients, a therapeutic effect is observed when taking a lower or higher dose within the recommended range of 3–12 mg 1 time per day. It is necessary to adjust the dose if there are indications after careful re-evaluation of the patient's condition. If a dose increase is indicated, an increase of 3 mg/day at intervals of at least 5 days is recommended.
