As monotherapy, dabrafenib is indicated for the treatment of unresectable or metastatic melanoma with the braf V600e mutation identified by an FDA-approved test.
In combination with trametinib, dabrafenib is indicated for the treatment of:

adjuvant therapy of melanoma with BRAF V600E or V600K mutations and lymph node involvement after complete resection.
treatment of metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with BRAF V600E mutation.
