Directions for use
DrugSolirisadministered intravenously over 25-45 minutes.
The course of treatment includes a 5-week initial cycle followed by a cycle of maintenance therapy.
Initial cycle: 600 mg of Soliris once a week for 4 weeks, in the 5th week - 900 mg 1 time per week.
Maintenance phase: 900 mg of Soliris is prescribed every 14±2 days.
