Indications
Adults
- moderate and severe active rheumatoid arthritis (in monotherapy or in combination with methotrexate or other basic anti-inflammatory drugs). In combination with methotrexate, Humira reduces the rate of progression of joint damage (according to radiographic studies) and improves functional activity;
- active psoriatic arthritis (in monotherapy or in combination with methotrexate or other basic anti-inflammatory drugs);
- active ankylosing spondylitis;
- Crohn's disease (moderate or severe): with an inadequate response to traditional therapy, as well as with intolerance or contraindications to traditional therapy; in case of ineffectiveness (or decreased effectiveness) or intolerance of infliximab;
- chronic plaque psoriasis (moderate to severe), when systemic therapy or phototherapy is indicated and when other options for systemic therapy are not optimal;
- moderate to severe ulcerative colitis with an inadequate response to traditional therapy, including corticosteroids and/or 6-mercaptopurine or azathioprine, as well as with intolerance or contraindications to traditional therapy;
- axial spondyloarthritis without radiologically confirmed ankylosing spondylitis, but in the presence of objective signs of inflammation based on an increased level of C-reactive protein and/or MRI data, in the absence of an adequate response to treatment with NSAIDs or their intolerance;
- active moderate or severe hidradenitis suppurativa in the absence of an adequate response to standard sy
