Faslodex indications:

• as monotherapy for the treatment of locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer with estrogen-positive receptors in postmenopausal women:
• who have not previously received endocrine therapy, or
• in case of disease recurrence during or after adjuvant anti-estrogen therapy or disease progression during anti-estrogen therapy;
• in combination with palbociclib for the treatment of hormone-receptor-positive (HR-positive), human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-negative locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer in women who have received prior endocrine therapy (see section "Pharmacodynamics").

The recommended dose is 500 mg administered at one-month intervals, with an additional 500 mg dose administered two weeks after the first injection.
