Schulcancer

Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC)

Ciramza in combination with erlotinib is indicated as first-line therapy in adult patients with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer with activating epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) mutations (see Pharmacological properties).

Ciramza in combination with docetaxel is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer with disease progression after platinum-based chemotherapy.

Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC)

Cyramza as monotherapy is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma or late-stage hepatocellular carcinoma in whom serum alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) ≥ 400 ng/mL, and after prior sorafenib therapy.
