Indications for use
Ofatumumab is indicated in combination with chlorambucil for the treatment of previously untreated patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) for whom fludarabine-based therapy is not appropriate.6
In patients with relapsed or progressive CLL, ofatumumab is indicated for long-term therapy of patients with complete or partial response after at least two lines of therapy for relapsed or progressive CLL.6
Ofatumumab is indicated for the treatment of patients with CLL refractory to fludarabine and alemtuzumab.6
